Bowling banquet

Had my second bowling banquet tonight, this one for my Tuesday night mixed league. I got a trophy because I bowled my first sanctioned 200+ game(Well, about 20 of them) on this league, which isn't surprising because this is the first year I've bowled in sanctioned leagues. I also won a toaster for a door prize. I feel special. On a side note: I will never go out to eat at Steve's Ranch again. The food was disgusting and the wait staff seemed uninterested in keeping you happy. To many restaurant choices in Jackson to give one with a bad first impression a second chance.

That was interesting

So last night I was bored at home. Ended up finding some guy on stickam that was making prank calls for people. To end the night, we found a campus library down in WV that had a live webcam(mind you this was like 3:30 am, so it was empty). Then he called up campus security and pretended to be locked inside. It was awesome, cause they drove out to the library and we got to see these 300 pound rent-a-cops looking for the guy locked in the library look for him.

Homework and more homework

So ever since I woke up today I've been working on my Wiki. Its coming along nicely I'd say. On top of that, I have a few sections of math homework that have to get done before tomorrow because of a test. I've also got to prepare a presentation for phsychology. I'm just thankful I got my health occupations essay out of the way and got a 4.0 on it.

Boring weekend.

Hung out with some friends for a bit last night, but other than that its been a boring weekend. Was sunny and nice so I went out and enjoyed that for a bit. Also got caught up on some homework, yay me.

Semester almost over

Hooray, my first semester is almost over. That means summer, which unfortunately means work and classes.. fun time. I'm counting down the days till these classes are over.. 4 more weeks in english, math and my other pointless class, 2 more classes of psych.

Spring?

Is spring finally approaching? The forecase is calling for about 60 degrees tomorrow, but raining. I'll take the rain if it is going to be nice and warm though. We shall see...

Bowling results

So last night wrapped up my Friday night bowling league for the season. In a way I'm ready for a little bit of a break, and to give my hand a chance to rest. In the end, my team ended up 12th out of 20- I'm happy with that because we were dead last till about 2 months ago, then we've really been rallying to bring it up. For tournament results, my team lost by 2 pins, 3742 beat our 3740. Singles tournament I don't even want to know how far down the ladder I was. For doubles, my partner and I have a good chance at top 3 at least. Well, thats it for now.
