School and essay stuff.

Today was a long day. Not real sure why, I only had two classes, math and english. Math was supposed to be a review day for our test Wednesday, but as soon as the teacher walked in he starts saying how we need to start the next section instead of reviewing, in order to stay on pace. Normally I wouldn't care as much, but the class syllabus already puts us 2 days ahead of schedule for our first test. So instead of a rather relaxing day in math, I came out of it with a ton more homework. Then English, not so bad- just reviewed our essays. I got some good feedback about mine, which is nice because I re-structured mind quite thoroughly between draft 1 and 2. Well, thats it for now folks, stay tuned.

Essay 1 review

Peer review went good, pretty smooth. Recieved some suggestions like to add details about mackinaw island. Which I will. Strenghts are mainly the detail in most of it, not a whole lot of weaknesses from the reviews I got. I don't think I need much help, it should turn out pretty good now.

Some Essay One stuff..

I'll keep this short and sweet today. For my first essay I decided to write about a road trip I took with my older sister this fall around the state. I chose this because it was quite meaningful to me and its something I will never forget, even when I'm so old I can't control my bowels and don't know who my family is. The audience would really just be anyone who has a family, or has shared an experience with someone that can't be repeated. The purpose is the share my experience and to show the value of good family.

A few changes.

Okay, I added a few new things to this. First, I added a picture to the bottom of the page. I love taking pictures, and will hopefully be getting the professional digital SLR camera I want before too long. Not that I want to take pictures professionally, its just a hobby. Second, I added a counter to see how many of you wonderful people read this. Uhm, well thats it for now. Think I'll go tackle one of those GPAWs, urgh.
