Some Essay One stuff..
I'll keep this short and sweet today. For my first essay I decided to write about a road trip I took with my older sister this fall around the state. I chose this because it was quite meaningful to me and its something I will never forget, even when I'm so old I can't control my bowels and don't know who my family is. The audience would really just be anyone who has a family, or has shared an experience with someone that can't be repeated. The purpose is the share my experience and to show the value of good family.

Jason, this sounds like a great topic and full of possibilities. If you can relive that trip and tell it from that perspective it will be a very powerful piece. You audience and purpose statements also sound right on track. I can't wait to read it!
